At Partners Luxury Homes & Construction, we specialize in building one-of-a-kind luxury custom homes throughout Florida and Charleston, South Carolina. From sophisticated waterfront residences to architecturally complex custom homes, our team brings together exceptional craftsmanship, experienced construction management, and a commitment to transparency throughout every stage of the building process.
We believe a truly custom home should be designed and built around the way you live. Every Partners home is approached individually, with careful attention to architecture, functionality, materials, craftsmanship, and the details that make a home uniquely yours.
Building a luxury custom home requires more than simply managing subcontractors and construction schedules. It requires extensive planning, coordination, communication, and an experienced team capable of bringing together architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, craftsmen, and specialty trades.
Our process begins well before construction.
Through our pre-construction and design-build services, Partners helps clients evaluate budgets, constructability, selections, scheduling, permitting, and project logistics before work begins in the field. During construction, our team provides ongoing project management, schedule coordination, cost transparency, quality control, and communication from groundbreaking through final completion.
This comprehensive approach allows us to successfully manage highly detailed and complex luxury residential projects while giving our clients greater visibility into their homes throughout construction.
Partners Luxury Homes & Construction serves clients building custom homes throughout Florida, including Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and surrounding coastal communities, as well as Charleston, South Carolina.
Our experience includes luxury waterfront homes, coastal residences, contemporary homes, traditional estates, and highly customized residential construction. Whether working alongside your architect and design team or providing a complete design-build approach, our goal remains the same: deliver an exceptional custom home built with honesty, transparency, quality, and attention to detail.
“Organization, collaboration, and communication are essential to your project’s success. We keep you informed throughout construction, whether you live locally or are building your home from out of state.”
At Partners Construction we believe that being an individual with integrity and commitment, is just as important as being a good builder.

Jonathan and his team at Partners, truly built the home of our dreams. They worked with our architect throughout the process and were able to maximize our house, by staying within our budget. Now we have a 7k sq 7BR/BA home with a pool all of the family enjoys. We are so grateful we chose their company
We live out of town permanently so when we were looking for an Architect and Contractor, we were referred to Jonathan and his team as the best there is locally, that could design and build the home we’ve always wanted. Fast forward, when we leave the snow for sand, our family and friends cannot get enough of our new home. We always refer and recommend Partners.
